Just wondering how everyone stores their DVDs. Tower, case, etc. Right now I'm using a DVD tower for most of mine that I got at Wal-Mart (it only holds 228 or so), I'm finding now that with a collection of about 500+ this is not working.

When I started trading, I went all out. I bought cases, spent HOURS making custom covers, reburned all discs to printable DVD's and printed on the discs themselves, the whole nine. Now I throw them all in a book, in a spindle, pile them on my desk, wherever I can fit them. they are lucky if they get labeled.

Thats what I started doing too. I bought hundreds of cases, spend tons on ink printing covers. and bought a tower that like I said would hold 228 or so (which was great for about a month). I bought a CD/DVD case from walmart last night that will hold 208 dvds, I'm think that this may be a better option (for me at least). I loved the idea of having all my DVDs in cases and on a tower, but the idea has become unreal now. I'm think the multi-DVD case holder is a better idea, its not as appealing, but now no more spending money on cases and towers, and printing case covers. i lookng on Ebay and you can buy cases to hold anywhere from 100 to 1000. I did however buy a printer that prints on to DVD, so when possible I will continue to use it for movies I burn myself, but when you trade there is no sence in reburning just to have a pretty cover.
